NFON provides your customers with international telephone numbers.
The list of available countries is divided into two types, the directly developed and the indirectly developed countries.
Please note the following information:
Fax
Receiving faxes to foreign telephone numbers can only be implemented in certain countries with activated T38. If possible, nfon always has T38 activated for each number. For further information regarding the supported countries, please reach out to your sales contact.
Legal
The customer is obliged to observe the local legal requirements.
Required information
The order of a foreign telephone number must contain the following information of the customer:
- K number
- Customer names
- Contact person
- Customer names foreign location
- Address of foreign support
- Area code of the desired telephone number(s)
- Number quantity
Restrictions
The foreign numbers are only used to route calls to these numbers. They are not a fully-fledged telephone connection in the respective country. Calls to these countries are calls, from the perspective of a location in Germany, to foreign countries. Therefore, no country-specific service numbers or emergency call lanes can be reached for these countries. The correct signalling (display to the called party) of your foreign telephone number is not guaranteed. The usual national tones (ringing tone, busy, etc.) are not available, the tones used are those customary in Germany.
Location-independent telephone numbers have limited reachability for incoming calls from abroad.
1. directly developed countries

Telephone numbers from directly developed countries can be purchased directly at country-specific conditions.
2. Indirectly developed countries

Conditions:
There is a one-time charge of 99 EUR per location for processing the order.
For the provision of the phone number 9.90 EUR per phone number will be charged once. 2 voice channels are included in the standard package.
For the provision of the telephone number 9.90 EUR per month are charged.
For the provision of additional voice channels, a monthly fee of 6.00 EUR is charged for each additional voice channel.
For a possible porting of a foreign number, costs per processing are incurred (on request).

Porting
Portings are always projects. The last invoice of the number to be ported and the name of the delivering carrier must be submitted to nfon. For pricing information on porting numbers from indirectly developed countries, please contact your sales contact.
SLA
There are no guarantees regarding availability, voice quality and fault clearance times.
