Personal data means any information, which relates to your person or from which your identity could be traced (reference to a particular individual). These include information, such as your name, address, postal address or your telephone number. Information, which cannot be linked to your identity are not included in this category.

The prohibition on processing personal data unless authorised always applies. This means that NFON UK Ltd. is permitted to process personal data only when this is expressly permitted by law.

Your personal data will only be processed for the purpose of technical provision of this website, for analysis of user behaviour or for forwarding to social media. We will notify you of, or ask for your consent to, any other processing before it takes place. The legal basis for the processing is: Article 6 (1) a) and f) of the GDPR

Based on Article 6(1)(f), your personal data will further be processed to send newsletters. These are only sent without your consent if this serves the purpose of contract negotiations or direct advertising permitted by law. In weighing interests it is assumed you wish to always be informed of news related to current or new products, e.g. changes to devices, and that doing so does not affect your rights and freedoms.

Newsletter: Based on Article 6 (1) f) of the GDPR, your personal data will be processed for sending newsletters. Sending takes place without consent only insofar as this is for legally permitted direct advertising. For this purpose, it is assumed on the balance of interests that you would like to be informed at any time about news on existing or new products, e.g. change of end devices, and that your rights and freedoms are not affected by this. Your consent is, however, sought for the sending of newsletters to the extent required by law. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) a) of the GDPR. Your personal data will be processed until your revocation, which is possible at any time.

Lead registration: Based on Art. 6 para. 1 b) of the GDPR, your data will be collected and processed as lead data. The purpose of data processing is to initiate a contract. For this purpose, only the data entered by you in the lead registration form will be processed. The data is stored for the time of the contract initiation. In compliance with legal retention periods, this will be deleted immediately if no contract is concluded. If a contract is concluded, the data will also be stored for the duration of the contractual relationship in compliance with the statutory retention periods.

Any other processing whatsoever of personal data is advertised prior to processing or can be traced by you, because you entered the data yourself. For this purpose storage periods are determined based on the process and implemented in compliance with all the legal obligations.

In the chapter entitled, "Cookies" we give you an explicit explanation of which personal data or data, from which your identity could be inferred, are processed and for how long the cookies installed are stored.
