Who can get AI Essentials for 2.99€?

The 2.99€ promotional price is available to eligible NFON customers and partners worldwide who order net-new AI Essentials licenses between 1 March 2026 and 30 June 2026. To qualify for the promotional price:

  • The order must increase the total number of active AI Essentials licenses compared to the number of licenses active on 1 March 2026 (baseline date).

  • Licenses cannot be cancelled and reordered in order to obtain the promotional price.

  • The promotion applies only to newly added AI Essentials licenses during the campaign period.

  • NFON reserves the right to verify eligibility and ensure compliance with the promotion conditions.

How can I order AI Essentials at the promotional price of 2.99€?

To secure the promotional price, simply order new AI Essentials licenses during the promotion period (1 March – 30 June 2026) through your usual NFON ordering channel (e.g., partner or NFON sales contact).

The promotional price applies automatically to net-new AI Essentials licenses added during this period, provided the total number of active licenses increases compared to the baseline on 1 March 2026.

For how long will the 2.99 Euro price be valid?

Once you order eligible licenses during the promotion period, the 2.99€ per license per month price remains valid until further notice.

Any future price adjustments would be subject to NFON’s General Terms and Conditions.

Is there a limit to how many AI Essentials licenses I can purchase at the promotional price?

No. There is no limit to the number of AI Essentials licenses you can order at the promotional price, as long as they are net-new licenses added during the promotion period and increase your total number of active licenses compared to 1 March 2026.

Do I need to have NFON Cloud Telephony to use AI Essentials?

Yes. AI Essentials is an Add-on to NFON Cloud Telephony, designed to work with it, as it automatically processes calls to generate transcripts, summaries, and detected tasks.

Can I use AI Essentials with a desk phone?

Yes. AI Essentials works with calls made through NFON Cloud Telephony, regardless of whether the call is made from a desk phone, softphone, or mobile app, as long as the call is processed within the NFON system.

Can I add more AI Essentials licenses later and still get the promotional price?

Yes, as long as the new licenses are ordered before June 30, 2026 and meet the promotion conditions, they will be eligible for the 2.99€ promotional price.

I am not NFON Customer yet. Can I use this promotion?
