Nia FrontDesk 60 Free Minutes for 1 Month - Terms & Conditions:
Trial can be ordered from March 1, 2026, to July 31, 2026.
Latest trial month: August 2026.
During the trial month, up to 60 minutes can be used on one customer account (K-Account).
Any usage beyond the 60 minutes will be billed according to the standard terms, unless Customer modifies the configuration in the Admin Portal and removes the external phone number from the setup.
If the 60 minutes are not fully used by the end of the trial month, the remaining minutes will expire and cannot be carried over to the following month.
Activation is possible at any time during the month. However: the trial period is only valid until the end of the calendar month. We therefore recommend Customers to start as early as possible in the month and not after the 20th day of the month.
For orders placed on or after the 20th day of the month: the following month will always be activated as the trial period. Example: If the order is placed on March 21, the trial month will start on the 1st of the following month, i.e., from April 1 to April 30, 2026.
It is possible to activate the first month with per-minute pricing and start the trial period in the following month. Example: If the order is placed on March 21, per-minute pricing will be active from March 21 to March 31, and the free trial will run from April 1 to April 30, 2026.
To avoid billing after the trial, it must be proactively cancelled by the ordering Customer by the 20th of the trial month.
Cancellation: if Customer wishes not to use Nia FrontDesk after the free trial, they need to send an e-mail to e-mail address: vertrieb@nfon.com.
In case Customer books Nia FrontDesk after campaign is ended (July 31, 2026), they pay their standard monthly price.
This trial period can only be used if there is no existing booking for Nia FrontDesk associated with the respective customer account.

How do I get the trial?
The Ordering procedure is as follows:
Contact your NFON Services Provider / Representative to request the Nia FrontDesk 60 Free Minutes for 1 Month trial.

Send the form back to your NFON Provider / Representative.

NFON Customer Care Team has 2-3 working days to process the order.
How do I cancel my trial?
The Ordering procedure is as follows:
inform your NFON Provider / Representative that you no longer want to use Nia FrontDesk
your NFON NFON Provider / Representative is obliged to send a cancellation email on your behalf to NFON.
Please make sure to do this by the 20th of your trial month.
After the 20th of the month, any cancellation is subject to the regular notice period.
The service can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice, with the cancellation taking effect at the end of a calendar month.
What happens after the trial ends?
If you don’t cancel, your Nia FrontDesk subscription will be automatically renewed and billed from the 1st of the following month under standard terms - the per-minute rate will apply as soon as an interaction with the virtual agent occurs.
What is the cost of Nia FrontDesk after the trial period?
The cost of the Nia FrontDesk license depends on the billing model:
“Pay-as-you-go" model: €0.49 per minute,
Minute packages:
100 min. package for 36,95 €/month
500 min. package for 169,95 €/month
1000 min. package for 289,95 €/month
3000 min. package for 699,95 €/month
7000 min. package for 1449,95 €/month
For each of the above packages, cost of additional minute = 0,49 €/min.
