Who can take part in the promotion?

The AI BONUS WEEKS Partner Promotion is open to all NFON Partners across all European markets, except Wholesale partners.

What is the promotion period?

The promotion runs from February 1st, 2026 to June 30th, 2026. Only Nia FrontDesk tenants sold and activated within this timeframe are eligible.

How can I participate in the promotion?

Participation requires prior registration via the official AI BONUS WEEKS landing page (local registration link to be added). Without registration, Nia FrontDesk deals will not be counted.

What is the last date to register?

The final registration date is May 31st, 2026.

If I register on May 31st, will I still qualify for June deals?

Yes. As long as you register by May 31st, 2026, your Nia FrontDesk deals can still be counted until the end of the promotion on June 30th, 2026.

What qualifies as an eligible Nia FrontDesk deal?

A tenant qualifies if:

  • It is a newly sold Nia FrontDesk tenant,

  • It has a minimum 100-minute package,

  • It is activated and billing starts between 01.02.2026 and 30.06.2026,

  • It remains actively used and billed for 6 consecutive months.

If I sell a tenant with 100 minute package but they downgrade below 100 minutes after a while, will the tenant still be eligible?

No. Tenants must maintain at least a 100-minute package for a minimum of six months. If a tenant is downgraded below 100 minutes during this period, it becomes ineligible for the bonus.

What happens if the tenant is cancelled or unpaid within 6 months?

If the tenant is cancelled, downgraded below 100 minutes or unpaid within the first 6 months, it becomes ineligible for the bonus.

I sold Nia FrontDesk tenants already in January. Are they eligible for this promotion?

No, only tenants sold within the promotion period are eligible.

Is there a minimum number of tenants required to participate in the promotion?

No. The only requirement to participate is registration via the online form. Once a Partner is registered, each eligible Nia FrontDesk tenant sold during the promotion period qualifies for the bonus.

Is there a maximum bonus amount?

Yes. The maximum bonus is €1,000 per Partner, which corresponds to 20 rewarded tenants (€50 × 20).

How will NFON count the qualifying tenants?

NFON will determine qualifying tenants based on:

  • Successful registration for the AI BONUS WEEKS promotion,

  • Activation date,

  • Billing start date,

  • 100-minute package,

  • Full payment of invoices for six months.

When will the bonus be paid out?

The bonus will be paid as a one-time total payout after NFON validates all qualifying tenants. Payment may take place until Q1 2027, particularly for deals activated near the end of the campaign (June 2026), as the six-month validation period must first be completed.
