  • NFON Cloud Telephony Business Premium customers

  • NFON Cloud Telephony Business Standard customers WITH the Mobility Option

What happens after the 30 Days Free period?

If no cancellation notice is received:

  • The AI Essentials licences will remain active and will be automatically billed from the first day after the 30 Days Free period ends.

  • Licences will renew automatically thereafter at the standard published rate from your NFON Reseller.

How do I cancel my AI Essentials licence?

Campaign Regulations and Validity:

1. Availability

Requests for AI Essentials – 30 Days Free are available until 30th December 2025.

You must be an NFON Cloud Telephony (Cloudya) Business Premium or Business Standard (with Mobility Option) user.

2. Eligibility

AI Essentials – 30 Days Free runs for 30 consecutive days from the date of activation, during which time you will have full access to the AI Essentials service and its features at no cost.

3. Cancellation and Billing

  • To avoid automatic billing, licences must be cancelled no later than the 29th day of the 30 Days Free period. Should this fall on a Saturday or Sunday, then cancellation must be received on the preceding Friday.

 If no cancellation notice is received:

  • The AI Essentials licences will remain active and will be automatically billed from the first day after the 30 Days Free period ends.

  • Licences will renew automatically thereafter at the standard published rate from your NFON Reseller.

4.   Data Handling and Privacy

  • Any data processed or generated during the AI Essentials 30 Days Free period will be handled in accordance with NFON’s Data Protection and Privacy Policy.

  • You remain responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with all relevant data protection and privacy laws..

7.  Liability and Limitations

  • NFON shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the AI Essentials service.

  • The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

8.  Termination

  •  NFON reserves the right to withdraw or amend the AI Essentials offer at any time.

  •  NFON may suspend or terminate access in cases of misuse, fraud, or breach of these terms.

9.  Acceptance of Terms

  • By activating the AI Essentials 30 Days Free through your NFON reseller, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions
