NFON Academy, a monthly partner training that will focus on the commercial and technical aspects of the NFON Cloud Telephone System and how it can be delivered successfully to your customers.

NFON Academy Technical Training

In the Technical part of the training, you will be given access to comprehensive collateral with details of the products and technical information. You will be introduced to the various portals of the NFON Cloud Telephone System with hands-on experience on configuration and setup of basic and complex deployments. Project management for deployment alongside number porting aspects will also be discussed and explained.

NFON Academy Sales Training

You will learn about the voice UK market dynamics, potential and how to sell voice services. It’s a fast-track course for selling voice services and offers a step-by-step knowledge on how to sell voice services to customers and move them from old voice systems to the cloud. The NFON product portfolio is presented alongside examples of quotations to customer requirements based on real case studies.
