Nmonitoring Queues is a browser based application and therefore, does not require a programme to be installed.

This allows you to access it from anywhere and to keep track of all of your call centre activities.

Once the product Nmonitoring Queues has been activated for you by your sales partner, you will receive an email for activation.

 

 

Activation

  • Click on the link in the email.

Your browser will open and display an automatically generated password.
You can either accept this password or replace it with a password of your choice and enter it in the password field.

Please make a note of the password! You will need it for the next step.

To complete the activation process, click on Activate.

Your instance will now be created. This process may take a few minutes. You will then receive a second email to log in to Nmonitoring Queues.

Login

  • Click on the link in the second email.

You will be taken to the home page of Nmonitoring Queues. Here you can log in to Nmonitoring Queues.

  • Enter your email address in the Login field.
  • In the Password field, enter your previously generated / self-defined password.
  • Click on Log in.

You are now logged in to Nmonitoring Queues.
