1.7 Settings

Under settings, you can edit a variety of different areas:

Reports

In this area, the administrator can create additional reports according to customer requirements. The reports can be assigned to individual users depending on the configured keys. Thus, the administrator has the possibility to define exactly which user can use which report.

User

In this section, the administrator can define and assign the individual users and their class (authorisation). In addition, by assigning further keys, specific queues, skills, agents, groups, locations and/or reports can be assigned to a user.

Allocation of Classes

Under Settings/User, the administrator can define which NMQ user receives which class and login data.  Depending on the assigned class, the user can access the corresponding administrator, supervisor or agent portal with his personal login data when logging on to the NMQ website. 

By adding authorisations (keys) in the individual classes, a supervisor, for example, can be provided with almost all the functions of an administrator, and can be downgraded to the level of an agent by deleting authorisations (keys).

Queues*

In this section, the administrator can find the queues and skills located in the NFON PBX and transferred by means of the "Configuration Synchroniser". 

Note that the groups and timers are not synchronised.

Agents*

In this section, you can find the agents located in the NFON PBX and taken over by means of the "Configuration Synchroniser".

All targets (extensions) configured in the NFON PBX are always synchronised

Agent Groups

The administrator can define individual groups for the assignment of agents and allocate them to an agent or supervisor for later reporting.
