E.g., the following components are not included:

  • Performance monitoring
  • Payroll
  • Parts of the system configuration
  • Parts of the agent view
  • Call recording

Nmonitoring Queues is applied to NFON queues and skills that you have configured in the administration portal. In addition, extensions must be specified as agent extensions to be included in the reports.
