Outgoing call:

With outgoing calls you generally have two options for dialing a number. Either dial a contact directly from your Outlook address book or manually enter the telephone number in the plug-in.
Please click a contact to phone. The icon  will now appear in the top left of the title bar. There you may select the number for the selected contact and phone it directly.

Alternatively, please click on a contact by right mouse button and choose "Call (VoIP)" for outgoing calls.

To manually enter a telephone number simply click the edit field  where you may then enter any telephone number. To dial the number click either  or simply confirm with “Enter”.
