1.1. Installation

Technical prerequisites for the client installation and initial startup are the following:

  • A PC with operating system Windows 8 or 10 (32- and 64-bit)
  • Internet connection
  • An IP capable phone from Yealink, Poly, snom or Panasonic
  • Your customer number, extension number and voicemail pin
  • The desktop phone of the extension has to be defined as the primary device in the administration portal*
  • uaCSTA settings for desktop phone of the extension must be activated in the administration portal
  • A locally installed NCTI Premium server
  • The CTI option in the extension must be enabled with either “NCTI premium” or “NCTI premium CRM” in the administration portal*

*) This is usually performed by your system administrator.
