Technical prerequisites for the client installation and initial startup are the following:
- A PC with operating system Windows 8 or 10 (32- and 64-bit)
- Internet connection
- An IP capable phone from Yealink, Poly, snom or Panasonic
- Your customer number, extension number and voicemail pin
- The desktop phone of the extension has to be defined as the primary device in the administration portal*
- uaCSTA settings for desktop phone of the extension must be activated in the administration portal
- A locally installed NCTI Premium server
- The CTI option in the extension must be enabled with either “NCTI premium” or “NCTI premium CRM” in the administration portal*
