2. Placing calls
- Simply enter the telephone number using the keypad and press the dial key.
⇒ The call is now connected.

Alternatively, select a contact from the directory.

- Click on the contact’s respective telephone number and the call is automatically connected.

Place a call using callback
Select either a contact from the Nvoice Mobile client or enter a telephone number directly – but without dialling straight away.
Select a contact from the Nvoice Mobile Client
- To call a contact via callback, open the contact and press and hold the contact telephone number you wish to call for a few seconds.

- Press Callback.

⇒The callback is now established.

⇒ You receive a callback from the telephone system.
- Accept this call.
⇒ Once you have accepted the call, the connection to the contact is established.

⇒ You are now speaking with the contact.

Enter a telephone number directly
- Enter the telephone number in the client.

- Press and hold the call button for a few seconds.

- Select Callback.

- The callback is now established.

⇒ Now, you receive a callback from the telephone system.
- Accept this call.
⇒ Once the call has been accepted, the connected to the desired telephone number is established.

⇒ You are now speaking to the party with the desired telephone number.

- Now, press “Start Client” to pass the call to the Nvoice Mobile client.

⇒ You are now on an active call via callback via the Nvoice Mobile client.

A callback using the call history
- Open the call history with History.

- Press onto the respective entry for a couple of seconds.

- Select Callback.

⇒ The callback is now established.

⇒ Now, you receive a callback from the telephone system.
- Accept this call.
⇒ Once the call has been accepted, the connected to the desired telephone number is established.

⇒ You are now speaking with the contact.
