3. Adding the Nvoice Mobile client to the telephone system
Please follow these instructions to configure your Nvoice Mobile on the service site:
- To log onto the service site, open the website address portal.nfon.net in an Internet browser and enter your customerID and password.
- Click on „ELEMENTS“ , „Devices“

Click on "Add new Device" and choose "Nvoice Mobile" and "Android"

⇒ You can now add your mobile phone as an Nvoice Mobile device on the administration portal:
-After entering *#06#, the mobile phone display shows the phone's IMEI.
-Enter IMEI in the administration portal. (Do not use special characters. The mobile phone may display the IMEI with special characters.)
-Click “Add” to enter your mobile telephone number in +4917912345678 format.

-Click Save to add your mobile phone as a device of the telephone system.
-Configure an extension for the Nvoice Mobile device.
After adding your device, you will have monthly charges.
There are two possibilities to assign Nvoice Mobile to an extension via the administration portal. Firstly, it is possible to add a new extension (Premium Version) and add your Nvoice Mobile Client data here.

Alternatively you can assign the Nvoice Mobile to an existing extension. Double klick on your end device in the Elements / Devices section in the administration portal. The IMEI/UDID of your mobile phone is displayed.

Once you have finished installing the Nvoice Mobile client on your mobile phone and automatic configuration has been completed, you can use your mobile phone to the full extent as a permanent extension of the telephone system.
