Queue
The queue shows current faxes in the categories "Sent" and "Pending". This allows you to see if the fax was successfully sent and furthermore, you can view the respective document by double-clicking on it.

 

Archive
Here, you can see all faxes including the respective contents and the date they were sent. However, you cannot see if the transmission was successful here.

Delivery confirmation
In the fax dialogue, you can activate the respective check box during the current transmission ("Printing" of a document). You then receive a confirmation email at the email address indicated on the administration portal under eFax. Please be sure to add the prefix "0" when faxing (e.g.: 0089 1234 11) and confirm the fax number with "Insert".
