Individual telephone support for programming, configuration and answering questions about operation, as well as support for errors not caused by NFON, are determined at closing of contract. We offer this support at a service fee, billable by minute started. You will also have the option to purchase a Convenience Package for configuring the system, which includes support services such as set-up support, etc.
