Jan worked as a consultant and manager for agencies before joining NFON in 2014. For several years, he was a director at the communications experts and consultancy häberlein & mauerer AG, and was responsible for new business for several global blue chips. Jan holds a degree in economics and marketing from the Steinbeis School of Management and Innovation in Berlin.

Since 2009 at NFON AG and since 2012 CTO, responsible for Research & Development, Technical Operations, Data protection, Support/Logistics, internal IT, Quality Assurance/Management as well as Technical Consulting. JanPeter Koopmann started his career as Member of the Management at reiss GmbH. As owner and managing director, Jan-Peter Koopmann founded Seceidos GmbH & Co. KG. Jan-Peter holds a degree in business IT from the Technical University Darmstadt, Germany.

Rainer Koppitz (nationality: German, *1968) can look back on many years of international experience in industry as well as in the IT and telecommunications sectors, during which he was CEO at NFON and B2X Care Solutions as well as CEO Germany & Austria of BT Germany (British Telecom), among others. In 2019, Rainer Koppitz joined KATEK SE as CEO and successfully took the company public in May 2021. Prior to that, he held CEO positions at Siemens, Dell as well as Atos. Rainer Koppitz was CEO of NFON AG from 1 September 2012 to January 2015. Since February 2015, Rainer Koppitz has been a member of the Supervisory Board of NFON AG, with a short interruption, and since May 2021 he has also been Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the listed CENIT AG.
